Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable but didn't quite meet the high standards I've experienced in other New England hotels. The service, however, was superb with the staff being friendly and accommodating. The location couldn't have been better, offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of beautiful Vermont. Dining options were basic and slightly overpriced. The hotel's facilities were decent, catering to my needs adequately.
The hotel room was bright, clean, and quiet, but we were surprised by the additional resort fees on top of what we had already paid for the luxury room. The staff were hardworking and dedicated, although we were told there were no dining options past 9 pm in Manchester. The location, nestled at the base of a mountain in a charming town, was picturesque despite some minor inconveniences. The dining experience at Marsh Tavern was subpar, but room service and housekeeping were prompt and efficient.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a good view, but some initial shabbiness was a downside. The service was kind and helpful, although there were some initial hiccups. The location was great for shopping and dining, making it a key factor in booking my reservation. The dining experience was fresh and assorted, with a good variety. The facilities met my expectations, offering a comfortable stay.
